
DICKIES — GRAPHIC DESIGNER, LIFESTYLE (MEN’S & WOMEN’S)

The Graphic Designer will drive the graphic design direction for the Lifestyle collection, owning graphics from concept to final product, including designing graphics, developing tech packs, and reviewing prototypes. This role also involves supporting SMU and Quick to Market graphic needs, checking stripes, and managing all-over designs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the graphic design direction for the Lifestyle collection
- Research trends, subcultures, music, art, and Dickies archives
- Design graphics, placements, all-over prints, checks, and stripes
- Develop artwork through tech packs to salesman samples
- Design in-line with the creative vision, merchandising brief and price target
- Review and comment on strike-offs, lab dips, prints, and prototypes
- Coordinate freelancers and external graphic partners
- Manage design deliverables in line with seasonal calendars
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing
Requirements
- Fashion, Art or design education (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience in apparel graphic design
- Strong understanding of Dickies brand identity and cultural storytelling
- Passion for graphics that connect heritage workwear with relevant fashion trends, lifestyle and new generation subcultures
- Experience in designing for knits and lifestyle collections
- Excellent Illustrator and Photoshop skills
- AI design skills
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative
