Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for digital, social, and print channels that align with QIMA’s brand guidelines
- Use AI-powered design tools and automation to speed up workflow and enhance creative output
- Transform technical and service-related concepts into clear, engaging visuals that connect with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly iterate and refine creative concepts
- Maintain and evolve visual systems, templates, and design libraries for scalable, efficient production
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tech, and AI capabilities relevant to creative workflows
- Balance innovation with brand consistency in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, brand-consistent visual design
- Strong foundation in visual and brand design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and emerging AI design tools
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them visually compelling
- Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns and web, including video
- Proven ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary and regional teams
