Lead and execute strategic design initiatives to meet business objectives and address user needs across Atrato's ecosystem. Conduct usability testing to identify friction points and optimize the credit application and payment flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic design initiatives to achieve business objectives and resolve user needs across the Atrato ecosystem
- Design and moderate usability tests to identify friction points and validate design decisions
- Optimize the conversion funnel to eliminate pain points and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with the growth team to design and implement high-quality experiments
- Evolve the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
- Design solutions that consider the user experience in both digital and physical environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Experience in Fintech, e-commerce, or high-volume transactional products
- Advanced Figma skills, including component usage, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Experience with Design Systems and building, maintaining, and scaling design systems
- Testing experience, including moderating usability tests and using qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate on designs
- Mobile-First design experience, with a focus on retention and engagement
- Strategic communication skills, including presenting design decisions to stakeholders
