The Lead Product Designer will contribute to the overall design and product direction of OpenAI's healthcare products, creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs. They will collaborate with various teams to define strategies and engage in user research to refine products.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall design and product direction of OpenAI products
- Design and ship high-quality products and improvements
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers
- Engage in user research to better understand users and refine products
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience shipping larger scale software products
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and interaction design skills
- Experience with health-related products (bonus)
- Experience building compliant or regulated products (healthcare, enterprise, finance, or similar)
