Define appropriate tools, methodology, and channels for design projects while optimizing funnels using agile methodologies to improve the end-to-end user journey and meet business objectives. Responsibilities include studying data behavior to develop product iteration proposals aligned with business goals and customer needs, while adhering to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Define tools, methodology, and channels to approach a design project
- Optimize funnels using agile methodologies
- Optimize the end-to-end journey to improve user experience and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with other areas or teams for co-design of products
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience as a Product Designer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Industrial Design, Communication, or related field
- Knowledge of design thinking, user research, and prototyping
- Experience with Figma and other design tools
- Strong portfolio of design work
