The designer is responsible for maintaining digital content, features, and experiences across company websites and mobile platforms, transforming concepts into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. They will also develop dashboard and report interfaces for efficient data visualization to support critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Transforming concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that produce intuitive user experiences
  • Improving overall digital ecosystem by applying best-in-class user experience design practices
  • Creating programs that ensure graphic elements are up to date and comply with ideal user experience practices
  • Creating design deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes
  • Maintaining digital content, features, functionality, and experiences on the company website and other digital and mobile platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Web design, visual design, human-centered design (HCD), or similar fields of equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years hands-on UI/UX design experience
  • Experience with responsive web and mobile design
  • Previous experience with front-end development including coding and debugging HTML 5, CSS 3, and JavaScript
  • Solid UI implementation skills using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and ReactJS (or other similar frameworks)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD)
  • Proficiency on Rapid Prototyping Software (Balsamiq, Sketch or Axure)
  • Knowledge on Website Content Management Systems (Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc)
