As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape the future of the PlayStation Partners platform, crafting exceptional design solutions and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Your role will involve working closely with developers and product managers to ensure user needs are met and to advocate for a user-centric design approach.
Responsibilities
- Working embedded in a cross-disciplinary product team on both small enhancements and big leaps forward for the PS Partners platform
- Crafting exceptional design solutions, from early conceptual stages through to product releases and updates
- Working closely with developers to rapidly iterate design solutions and bring the best designs into production, balancing technical feasibility and product quality
- Working closely with product managers to ensure scope and requirements meet user needs, plan design activities and roadmaps, and advocate for a user-centric, evidence-led approach that delivers the very best design quality
- Share and present your designs with stakeholders and colleagues, clearly explain user needs and design rationale and invite input and questions at various points in the design process
Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial experience as a UX/Digital Product Designer
- Demonstrable experience working on Enterprise /B2B software products
- Strong core UX design skills, with experience designing IAs, user flows, screen layouts, and UI components
- Experience working with design systems
- A strong familiarity with web application design patterns, standards, and industry best practices
- Experience working closely with software product teams - including developers, product managers, user researchers, and business stakeholders - and offering guidance and expertise in UX design
