Sr. Product Designer (Remote)

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for defining and maintaining customer-centric digital user experiences across Inspira’s product portfolio. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating user feedback into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, technology, internal stakeholders, and external clients to identify an all-inclusive user experience
- Ability to lead a new project from start to finish incorporating user-centered design methods into Agile product development approaches
- Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, high fidelity designs, and other collateral to visualize and communicate the design process and direction
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or other related fields
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven understanding of building digital experiences and products through user-centric design
