UX Designer

The UX Designer will design elegant end-to-end experiences and solve complex problems through insight-driven design. They will collaborate with various teams to create solutions that balance desirability, feasibility, and business value.
Responsibilities
- Research: Plan, design and deliver ethical, unbiased user research
- Design: Deliver best practice design recommendations
- Collaborate closely with UI Designers on navigation, layout, and component use
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Analyse customer behaviour and demographics to inform design
- Plan and conduct usability testing (in-person and remote)
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in UX Design (or equivalent digital/design experience)
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Askable, or Optimal Workshop
- Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, Digital Communications, Psychology or similar fields
- A portfolio demonstrating UX process, research, design execution and problem solving
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or analytics tools (preferred but not essential)
