
Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging user experiences. They will guide projects from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze client input and competitor data to inform experience strategies
- Translate user and business objectives into actionable design solutions across digital products, services, and platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, flowcharts, and other design artifacts to communicate concepts effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision aligns with product goals and technical feasibility
- Iterate and refine designs based on testing, feedback, and evolving project requirements
- Support projects through to launch, ensuring a high-quality user experience is delivered
- Document functional annotations and provide context to stakeholders, developers, and other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Degree or formal training in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and digital product design standards
- Expertise in creating information architecture diagrams, high- and low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
