- Promote a collaborative environment to translate strategies into actionable designs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise product design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements
- Ability to simplify complex challenges and articulate design decisions
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- A compelling portfolio that showcases high-quality design work
