The Product Designer will design complex user journeys for two main products, transforming business and technical constraints into clear and engaging experiences. They will also participate in user discovery to understand usage patterns and improve the platform.
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys for complex products (information architecture, multi-step flows, business rule management)
- Make investment attractive by transforming business and technical constraints into clear, simple, and fun experiences
- Participate in the evolution of the platform to become a reference for accessible investment
- Conduct user research and interviews to understand user behavior and feedback
- Design high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer, Product Manager, and developers to bring work to life
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer
- Experience with complex and business-logic-heavy products (fintech, B2B, SaaS, internal tools)
- Ability to work in constrained and evolving environments
- Excellent mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
- Solid experience in user discovery (interviews, testing, behavior analysis)
- Solid understanding of UX (user journeys, hierarchy, information readability)
