Junior UX Designer Robotics

Help shape the future of farming by designing user-friendly experiences for farmers using robots. Collaborate with a global team to create cohesive interactions between humans, robots, and data.

Responsibilities

• Designing not only the interface but also helping to shape the interaction and experience
• Bringing new ideas on how humans, robots, and data work together
• Translating ideas into concrete concepts, visuals, and prototypes
• Creating a recognizable, user-friendly experience for farmers working with Lely's robots

Requirements

• Experience as a (UI/UX/Product) designer, but mostly a conceptual, creative mindset
• Ability to switch between strategy, concept, and detail
• Ability to present ideas convincingly to colleagues and stakeholders
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and Agile working
• Ability to speak the language of developers, but think from the user's perspective
• Desire to make an impact with design; on the farm, with people, and in the world
