Product Designer (Pool)

The role involves designing end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for core mining pool functionalities while collaborating with PMs and engineering for implementation. Responsibilities also include maintaining the design system, participating in user research, and owning design tasks from ideation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for core mining pool functionalities
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineering to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across Pool interfaces
• Participate in user research, testing, and validation of design solutions
• Take ownership of design tasks from ideation to delivery, ensuring user-focused, production-ready solutions
• Propose innovative UX improvements and new feature concepts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design for digital products
• Strong UX thinking and ability to design complex user flows and edge cases
• Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of design initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to present and justify design decisions
• English B1/B2 or higher
