Lead UX / UI Designer

The Lead UX/UI Designer will be responsible for leading a small team of designers, mentoring them, and collaborating closely with Product, Change teams, engineers, and external agencies. Key tasks involve designing websites, portals, and internal tools while owning and evolving the design system using Figma and Storybook.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of designers, working closely with product and change teams, in-house software engineers, and external agencies
- Design websites, portals, and internal tools
- Improve complex journeys and back-office processes
- Co-create components with front-end developers
- Own and evolve the design system (Figma + Storybook)
- Run user research and testing
Requirements
- Strong design portfolio (services, websites, or tools)
- Experience using Figma and Storybook
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Good understanding of front-end development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
