Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will manage all aspects of visual design and branding at Grace Chapel, including digital and physical spaces. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create engaging and on-brand media.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill design requests for digital, print, and other media from ministry teams across all campuses
• Work with other members of the marketing team to design creative and engaging visual elements of our website, social media, email marketing, and app
• Design merchandise for the Grace Chapel Shop and other gifts for ministries upon request
• Work collaboratively with campus teams to ensure visual elements of our physical spaces are cohesive, engaging, and on-brand
• Support our Digital Ministry team’s need for on-screen design assets, including slides, lower/left thirds, etc.
• Create branded design packages for major initiatives, including Christmas, Easter, teaching series, and special events
• Design and produce our annual report
• Recruit and manage volunteer graphic designers from our congregation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
• At least 2-5 years of experience working in graphic design, or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in design as exhibited in a submitted portfolio of original work
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Trello or other similar project management tools
