Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create engaging visual content and collaborate on thought leadership pieces to enhance the company's marketing strategies. This role is essential for driving brand visibility and ensuring success stories reach the appropriate audience.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual-first content for socials, including scheduled posts and conference/event-driven content
- Collaborate on thought leadership pieces by designing layouts, graphics, and visual elements
- Adapt and repurpose designs across platforms, including LinkedIn, website pages, presentations, and BD materials
- Translate KPI and performance metrics into clean, intuitive data visualizations, charts, and case-study layouts
- Create high-quality visual assets, infographics, and marketing collateral to support BD efforts
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, visual marketing, or creative content development
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities
- Healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research experience is highly desired
- Ability to translate data into compelling narratives through charts, infographics, and case studies
- Experience supporting LinkedIn or digital marketing campaigns through design
