The Graphic Designer will create and modify complex documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, troubleshoot document issues, and manage the production of bids and proposals. They will also design printed and digital assets while ensuring quality control and meeting multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and format proposal templates using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues such as fonts, artwork, or other depictions, graphs, tables, etc.
- Provide administration support to tasks, including Request Management System and ad hoc program support
- Manage version and quality control of documents and materials
- Design and manage production of bids and proposal presentations, posters, digital banners, advertisements, and videos
- Design and artwork for all printed and digital assets, such as brochures, adverts, and presentations
- Work with a wide range of media and use Adobe CC, as well as Microsoft Applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or an equivalent experience in the field
- Proven graphic and multimedia design experience with a minimum of 5 years
- Fundamental apps: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition and Media Encoder
- UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word and MS PowerPoint
