The Product Designer will shape an enterprise platform by turning complex systems into user-friendly experiences. This role involves taking ownership of foundational product design at scale.
Responsibilities
- Shape one of the most powerful enterprise platforms in the market
- Turn complex systems around data, automation, AI, and collaboration into experiences that users genuinely understand, trust, and love to use
- Take ownership over foundational product design at scale
- Collaborate with engineers and product leaders from discovery through delivery
- Contribute to or evolve design systems, reusable components, and core UX patterns
Requirements
- Strong product design experience within B2B or enterprise software
- Ability to think in systems, workflows, and interaction patterns, not just individual screens
- Proven skill in simplifying complex, data-heavy experiences without oversimplifying
- Excellent UI craft, able to design clear, information-dense interfaces that scale
- Deep collaboration skills with engineers and product leaders from discovery through delivery
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems, reusable components, and core UX patterns
