As a Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end product design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions. You will also contribute to the design culture and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
- Design intuitive, user-centered solutions while maintaining consistency across Company’s platforms and Products
- Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Balance competing priorities, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality designs on time and within scope
- Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale
- Advocate for user needs and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI Design in a product-based company
- Experience designing Native apps or web platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and aesthetic skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong knowledge of AI Tools such as Figma AI, Cursor, Nano Banana, etc.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Understanding of usability principles and best practices
