Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior Designer will lead and direct the design process for various products, including prototyping and iterating user interaction design. They will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver elegant UX and advocate for design-centered changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct activities to deliver impactful, human-centered design
- Own UX for large complex features
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers, and product managers
- Deliver UX activities through prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Advocate prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements
- Advocate alignment to Citco's Design Principles and Design System
- Mentor and guide Designers and other participants in research practice
- Run design reviews
Requirements
- Ability to apply design principles to complex problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate a dynamic cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer
- UX fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, high-fidelity, usability testing
