Senior UX Designer (Advised - AJ Bell Touch)

The Senior UX Designer will provide senior-level design expertise for the AJ Bell Touch platform, focusing on responding to user feedback, developing core functionality, and exploring new differentiating features. This role involves shaping the product's evolution, ensuring scalability, and eventually taking ownership of the platform's user experience.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals
- Play a key role in shaping the overall design strategy, influencing decision-making at senior levels
- Effectively demonstrate expertise in creating seamless user experiences across both desktop and mobile
- Remain hands-on in design, leading by example
- Create and maintain components in a Figma library, bringing creative ideas to help iteration
- Collaborate with anyone and play a key role in building and nurturing team collaboration
- Make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals
- Design and oversee comprehensive usability testing processes, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a UX role
- Expert in prototyping software (Figma)
