Senior Product Designer - Cape Town

Lead end-to-end product design delivery while managing a small team of Product Designers. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design delivery across one or more squads
- Translate design intent into coherent, build-ready experiences
- Maintain high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual quality
- Line manage and develop designers
- Set direction and raise the bar for design direction within your area
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams
Requirements
- Essential design skills and experience
- Strong experience designing digital products across mobile and web
- Excellent UX, UI, and interaction design skills with high attention to detail
- Figma mastery
- Deep experience working with design systems in scaled product environments
- Knowledge and experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
