The Junior Graphic Designer will design and maintain sales and marketing decks while creating a variety of visual assets. They will support the Head of Marketing with campaign visuals and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain sales and marketing decks (PowerPoint-heavy) in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
- Create a range of visual assets including presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, digital assets, and internal materials
- Support the Head of Marketing with campaign visuals and brand initiatives
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Assist with layout, typography, and visual storytelling for client-facing materials
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint (professional presentation design is core to this role)
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong design eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visual content
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple requests
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales
- 1-3 years of professional or internship experience in graphic design (nice to have)
- Experience designing sales enablement materials or pitch decks (nice to have)
- Basic motion or video skills (nice to have)
- Familiarity with brand systems and design guidelines (nice to have)
