- Generating new ideas to test with real audiences
- Collaborating closely with marketers, product and AI teams
- Analyzing competitors and adapting formats accordingly
- Contributing to template creation that may become part of the product
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic or Marketing Designer
- Hands-on experience creating Facebook/Instagram Ads (banners, stories, posts)
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- A portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising creatives
- Strong grasp of composition, color, and structure of advertising messages
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work with feedback
