The UI Designer is responsible for designing attractive, intuitive, and functional digital interfaces for applications and websites. The main mission is to create positive user experiences through effective visual layout and user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for digital products, ensuring high-quality visual design, usability, and coherence
- Create, maintain, and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and correct application
- Identify reusable patterns and opportunities for standardization
- Document design decisions, defining rationales, rules of use, and good practices
Requirements
- Solid experience as a UI Designer, with a focus on designing interfaces and systems
- Alto dominio of principles of usability, consistency, and quality of execution
- Systemic thinking, oriented towards creating scalable and reusable solutions
- Ability to document and communicate design decisions clearly and structured
