The Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant will create engaging graphic designs for various platforms and support visual content needs for photography-related projects. Additionally, the role involves assisting with influencer outreach and maintaining organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets
- Support visual content needs for photography-related projects and promotions
- Assist with influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending outreach messages, and tracking responses
- Maintain basic outreach and contact lists, follow-ups, and status updates
- Handle ad hoc virtual assistant and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience (or strong practical experience) in graphic design or visual content creation
- Proficiency with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills and confidence reaching out to influencers or partners
- Prior remote work experience with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
