Graphic Designer
Scale Army Careers Remote (🇪🇬 Cairo, Egypt)
The Graphic Designer will support the brand’s daily creative needs across various channels, focusing on execution and visual storytelling. This includes designing assets for digital and print, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design assets across digital and print channels, including social media, email, web graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and packaging support as needed
- Execute creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Translate creative briefs, direction, and feedback into polished, production-ready designs
- Support campaign launches, product launches, and evergreen initiatives with strong attention to detail and quick turnaround
- Adapt and optimize creative for different formats and placements while maintaining visual quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or CPG environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-focused design, layout, typography, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and color
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and consistently deliver clean final outputs
