The Graphic Designer will create designs that connect with customers and develop illustrations, layouts, and other designs using appropriate software. They will manage project timelines, ensure brand alignment, and prepare designs for production.
Responsibilities
- Develop illustrations, layouts, and other designs using appropriate design software
- Ensure proper use of color, typography, and layout in all designs
- Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas for approval
- Develop overall layouts and production designs for company reports, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Create visual text and imagery concepts using computer software or by hand
- Design creative assets based on given requirements and brand guidelines
- Manage project timelines, plan design workflows, and determine budget constraints
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members regarding the design process and project updates
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer working on multiple brands and projects
- Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles
- Strong experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Understanding of pre-press management and print production processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create polished, high-quality designs
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
