Graphic Designer
Arcadis 🇵🇭 Makati, Southern Manila District, Philippines
The Graphic Designer will work closely with Bids & Proposals teams to create and manage graphics for proposals and presentations. Responsibilities include developing templates, managing production schedules, and ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Provide ideas for communicating through images rather than text
- Manage and maintain all graphics related files such as images, infographics, etc. for transmittal, and production
- Responsible for leading and addressing challenges related to the overall proposal, presentation, development, scheduling, and production, etc. within the pursuit team
- Align with the marketing team to promote consistent application of the Arcadis brand standards
- Communicate effectively with technical, operations, client development, sales & marketing teams
- Create designs and propose production schedule for planning purposes
- Work with the pursuit team to carry out creative work from conceptualization, pre-press to post-production while maintaining original design intent, messaging, and quality standards throughout the process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent experience
- Proven graphic & multimedia design experience with minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets
