Lead UX strategy and evolve the design systems for the integrated ELD platform. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy and execute improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build a clear picture of the strategic context facing Ellevation and the role of design
- Audit the current state of the design system and identify gaps
- Own the roadmap for the design system's evolution
- Ship improvements that address high-priority gaps
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated success as a cross-functional designer in a B2B SaaS or adjacent environment
- Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system
- Comfort working autonomously, setting own direction, and influencing without authority
