Take ownership of the user experience for product areas, designing interactions and interfaces while leading a small team of UX designers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product priorities and iterate on solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the user experience for one or more product areas
- Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, content strategists, and other domain experts
- Work with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Help grow the UX team culture through mentorship, contributing to the design system, and evangelizing UX
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 8+ years of professional UX Design experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Fluency with industry-standard design tools and practices, including Figma
