Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will create design solutions by partnering with Product and Engineering teams to address complex user problems. They will also lead discovery and research to understand user needs and establish design standards.
Responsibilities
- Create design solutions that are delightful for users, feasible to build, and deliver on business goals
- Build a UX vision for the product, articulating where the visual language and interaction patterns should evolve
- Lead discovery and research to identify user needs and test ideas
- Establish design standards and evolve the design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing elegant solutions to complex user problems
- Proven ability to lead design projects from beginning to end
- Portfolio that reflects strengths in both user experience and aesthetic design
- Proficiency in Figma and experience in prototyping and interaction design
