The UX Designer will create best-in-class digital product experiences based on client, business, and technical inputs, developing concepts, storyboards, and prototypes to articulate solutions. They will collaborate with various design professionals and researchers to refine concepts, conduct testing, and analyze user data to validate design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create best-in-class digital product experiences based on client, business, and technical inputs
- Develop new concepts, storyboards, screen flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UX writers, UX designers, journey designers, and researchers to refine design concepts
- Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions
- Analyze user data and research findings to inform and validate design decisions
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in user-centered digital product and experience design
- Strong digital product design and UI capabilities
- University degree or equivalent certification in User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field
- UX portfolio demonstrating impactful customer experiences
- Knowledge of user research methods and ability to interpret and synthesize findings
- Proficiency with current design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, etc.
