The selected candidate will lead the design of digital experiences for corporate clients, participating in high-impact strategic projects. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end user experiences and collaborating with PMs, POs, and Tech Leads on scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences (Discovery & Delivery)
- Collaborate with PM, PO, and Tech Leads on scalable solutions
- Execute user testing and validate hypotheses
- Ensure consistency of Design System
- Participate in workshops and agile ceremonies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in designing complex digital products
- Experience in banking, fintech, or product companies (desirable)
- Formation in Graphic Design, Industrial or Multimedia (exclusive)
- Advanced knowledge of Figma (exclusive)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and UX Research
