Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own greenfield projects end to end, setting the design vision and ensuring quality outcomes. You will partner with product and engineering teams to cultivate client relationships and nurture design talent within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own greenfield projects end to end, setting design vision and accountable for quality of end result
- Partner effectively with product and engineering colleagues to cultivate client relationships
- Nurture next generation of talent within TXI, serving as sounding board and trusted advisor
- Demonstrate expertise across Design Thinking, Research, Interaction Design, and Visual Design
- Lead discovery, research, and usability testing, creating prototypes and producing intentional, expressive, and visually precise UI and product designs
Requirements
- Established career in design leadership
- Proven track record of driving design vision across complex projects
- Preference for previous consulting experience leading complex, politically nuanced engagements
- Strong design leader with deep expertise and passion for mentorship
