The role involves leading the design and execution of end-to-end product experiences, from concept to polished UI, focusing on improving the search journey. This includes hands-on design work, prototyping using advanced tools, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and intuitive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product experiences
- Apply advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools to craft detailed interaction flows and high-fidelity designs
- Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and content peers to explore opportunities and deliver solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and teams for review and feedback
- Maintain well-documented, organized design systems and assets to support cross-team alignment and efficient handoffs
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design experience
- Advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong storytelling skills in presenting design thinking, rationale, and user journeys
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
