Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on delightful, consumer-oriented features that simplify complex health data, drive behavior change, and encourage engagement
- Translate user research and analytics into scalable design frameworks and service blueprints
- Lead work streams within projects, exercising considerable judgment to translate clinical and technical requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to align on project execution and ensure high-quality implementation
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating work across the end-to-end design process
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 3+ years of professional UX experience
- Proven ability to work independently to define a strategy and solution for a product or feature
- Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of designing accessible, responsive web and mobile applications
