Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify user needs and define product requirements
- Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with the global UX team
- Create and refine designs and prototypes to communicate design solutions
- Present design work effectively, clearly articulating user needs and supporting UX recommendations
- Advocate for users by balancing user impact, business needs, and project constraints in all recommendations
- Communicate technical details clearly and in an accessible manner
- Engage in design library development, including refinement and documentation of components to ensure consistency and quality across all products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating user-centric UI/UX design research
- 3-5 years of experience with Figma
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to "pixel-perfect" designs
- Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs
