The Principal Product Designer will work with product, engineering, and operations teams to create user-friendly experiences and optimize member impact. They will guide cross-functional teams through the design process and support user experience research.
Responsibilities
- Product understanding: comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems
- Cross-functional leadership: guide cross-functional teams through the design process
- Solution presentation: illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proven experience in product design
- Proficient in design principles and best practices
- Portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects
