Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will own problems end-to-end, from framing opportunities to shipping high-quality UI that impacts key metrics. They will also lead research efforts and partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end: frame opportunities, map journeys, and ship high-quality UI
• Lead research: plan and run interviews, usability and comprehension tests
• Design at system level: extend and maintain a token-based design system
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering: drive prioritization, write problem statements and success criteria
• Ship, measure, iterate: define success metrics pre-ship, review instrumentation, analyze impact

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual polish across mobile and web
• Proficiency with Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Experience building/maintaining multi-brand, cross-platform design systems
• Excellent written/spoken communication skills
