Senior Product Designer
Medtrainer Remote (🇲🇽 Municipio de Querétaro, Mexico)
The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of user-centered experiences across various platforms. Responsibilities include designing user flows, creating prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows and information architecture
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define and validate user experiences
- Establish and evolve UX patterns; present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, scalable product solutions
- Contribute to and enhance the company's design system by defining component behaviors and usage guidelines
Requirements
- Advanced English
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer working on web, mobile, or healthcare software
- Demonstrated expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or equivalent training in user-centered or product design disciplines
- Proven ability to solve complex product and UX challenges
- A strong portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality product design work
