The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in the design of core mobile and web experiences, focusing on user experience simplification and visual quality. They will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver refined, cohesive experiences.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product design: Play a key role in the design of core mobile & web experiences from early exploration through production-ready UI and interaction design
- User experience simplification: Translate complex financial and payments concepts into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy user journeys
- Visual quality and craft: Set and maintain a high bar for visual design, interaction quality, and overall polish across the product
Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping high-quality mobile applications
- Strong visual design skills with a clear point of view on effective, modern UI
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces and making independent design decisions
