Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and iterate on significant new products and features for AI-backed support and support operations
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Mentor other designers
- Help clarify problems, shape solutions, and have a measurable impact on our business
- Deeply understand our users and lead critical research to build understanding of user needs with colleagues
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B software design
- Excited to work in complex domains
- Ability to take ideas from many different people and distill them down into useful primitives
- Reasonable trade-offs between simplicity and flexibility
