Senior Product Designer

The role involves designing world-class human-centered experiences for new proof of concepts and ventures, leading end-to-end product design from discovery through final UI implementation. Key tasks include conducting user research, prototyping, usability testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design world class human centered design experiences for a variety of new proof of concepts and x15 Ventures covering digital assets and products
• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and ideation to final UI
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver thoughtful, scalable experiences
• Think holistically across journeys, identifying key touchpoints and user needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design
• Strong ideation and discovery skills
• Expertise in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools
• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies
• Ability to think beyond pixels — you understand business priorities, user psychology, and tech constraints
