Product Designer - Growth
Branch International Remote (🇮🇳 India)
You will own the end-to-end design process for financial experiences, focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data to iterate on designs.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end: Lead projects autonomously from PRD to engineer handoff
- Design for acquisition, activation, and retention
- Experiment rapidly with data-informed iteration
- Collaborate with UX Researchers and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated ability to design simple, intuitive experiences at scale
- Experience with Android and Web design patterns
- Experience with experimentation and growth design
