Remote Sr. Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will lead cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and identify design opportunities that enhance member satisfaction. They will create design deliverables focusing on usability across multiple devices.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, aligning stakeholders to a shared vision
- Independently identify design opportunities that drive business results and enhance member satisfaction
- Design with a focus on human behavior and psychology, ensuring usability across multiple devices
- Create design deliverables using Figma, LucidChart, Adobe Suite, including sitemaps, workflows, and prototypes
- Know when existing design patterns are effective and when new ones are required for long-term use
Requirements
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and persuade leaders to adopt new directions
- Successful history of collaboration with designers, product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and QA
- 7+ years of digital product design experience with expert proficiency in at least one area of product design
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, multi-platform projects and a versatile skill set
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
