
The Product Designer will take ambiguous problems and break them down into solvable flows while ensuring pixel-perfect execution of designs. They will also conduct user research and collaborate closely with the product team to define solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Solutioning & Documentation: break down big, ambiguous problems into solvable flows
- System Thinking: map out complex B2B logic and understand the impact of changes on different systems
- Documentation: write clear, structured notes and logic flows
- Visual Craft & Quality Control: create pixel-perfect designs and review developed products for QA
- Research & Empathy: conduct user interviews with teachers and parents across Southeast Asia
Requirements
- 3+ Years of relevant Product Design experience
- Startup Grit: comfortable with pivots, dare to iterate, and willing to experiment
- Process Builder: able to create processes and workflows
- Logic & Systems: ability to design for complex B2B systems (SaaS) where data integrity is key
- Tool Mastery: expert in Figma (Auto-Layout, Variables)
- Tech-Savvy: basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts to communicate effectively with developers
- Language: excellent command of written and spoken English
