Product Designer
Genea Remote (🇮🇳 Ahmedabad, India)
As a Product Designer II, you'll own the end-to-end design for features, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. You will collaborate closely with your squad to ship high-quality features and contribute to Genea's design system.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for features, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across platforms
- Lead user research, gather facts, usability tests, journey mapping, and analytics analysis
- Design sophisticated visual systems, including typography, color, iconography, illustrations, and micro-interactions
- Contribute components and patterns to the design system with documentation and usage guidelines
- Partner with engineers throughout development, providing detailed specs, edge cases, and design support
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio showcasing shipped features and visual excellence
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced auto layout, components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and understanding of design system
- Expert understanding of typography, color theory, layout systems, and visual design principles
