The Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience and visual design of the treasury management platform, modernizing its look and feel while ensuring intuitive navigation of complex financial workflows. Key responsibilities include establishing a design system, leading user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product design.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience and visual design of the treasury management platform
- Set a clear UX/UI vision and north star for a modern, enterprise-grade platform
- Establish and govern a component library, design tokens, typography, color, and motion
- Redesign information architecture, menus, and wayfinding to reduce cognitive load and improve task completion
- Produce high-quality flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI, and interaction specs
- Partner closely with Angular front-end developers to ship
- Lead research with finance users, including interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of simplifying complex, data-dense workflows for professional users
- Design system expertise, including building or scaling a multi-product design system
- IA and interaction design experience, including structuring large applications, progressive disclosure, and error-proofing complex tasks
